This position is 100% Remote. The company was forged by physical therapists, where physical therapists are empowered to deliver exceptional care that makes a difference. The company is a self-funded, early-stage start-up that is changing the $34B physical therapy industry by enabling a marketplace for the 250,000 therapists across the United States.

This is a great opportunity because you will:

• be part of the startup that has already gained significant market traction and is projected to have explosive growth in the next 6-12 months
• have full end-to-end ownership of features, including significant influence on the product itself
• work extremely closely with end-users such as our Concierge team
• work closely with the CTO to define and grow the engineering culture
• work on a product that genuinely adds value to peoples’ lives

Project samples you will be working on:

• Mobile APIs (via GraphQL)
• Predictive scheduling feature
• Optimizing the entire tech stack to make it more cost-efficient

Job Requirements:

• Must be located in NA/SA with 4+ hr overlap in PT working hours
• 4+ years of experience working on the backend side of technologies
• Experience owning and delivering projects from end-to-end
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with a startup or strong desire to work at a startup

Compensation:

• $80k – $140k per year + Equity
