As we expand in 2023 and beyond, we’re searching for a B2B Paid Social specialist who’s excited about planning and managing social campaigns and supporting people in finding their ideal jobs.

The role in brief
As the B2B Paid Social specialist, you’ll collaborate with the marketing team to create top-tier campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You’ll analyze performance, make data-based recommendations, and manage the setup, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms and languages.

You’ll serve as the paid social expert, delivering insights on performance and optimization and advising on the best strategies to achieve company goals.

You’re a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for showcasing our product through strong paid social campaigns and using analytics to solve problems.

You’ll focus on:
• Planning, testing, reviewing, and optimizing new and ongoing paid social campaigns according to budgets and performance goals
• Supporting the team in developing effective paid search strategies
• Creating audience targeting and retargeting plans
• Collaborating with content and design teams to leverage existing assets and creatives
• Working with designers on new assets and providing feedback to improve content
• Managing tracking setup and pixel implementation to ensure accurate measurement
• Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to demonstrate impact and alignment with business objectives
• Partnering with teams, departments, and agencies to execute the marketing strategy
• Staying current on PPC and digital marketing research and trends
