We’re looking for an exceptional team member to manage and coordinate the collection of delinquent payments for auto loan accounts. This position runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Key responsibilities include:
– Calling, emailing, or texting customers about assigned delinquent accounts
– Handling incoming customer calls related to collections and redemption
– Maintaining clear, detailed documentation
– Setting up and processing one-time payments
– Preparing delinquent accounts for the post-repossession stage
– Sending notices and communicating with clients in a timely, organized way
– Reviewing accounts referred for repossession and potential legal action
– Providing written and verbal instructions
– Following all Collection Standard of Conduct policies
– Completing additional administrative tasks as needed

Key requirements:
– Spanish and English proficiency preferred
– 1+ year of collections experience in a call center environment
– Auto collections experience preferred
– Previous collections experience, ideally in the automotive industry
– Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
– High integrity
– Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
– Availability to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Pay: $22–$26 per hour.
