We are currently seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our growing team! As the Associate Product Manager at KCF Technologies, you’ll have the opportunity to work on highly collaborative team in one of the most exciting fields in technology! This role can be completely remote or in-person, you choose! The Associate Product Manager will enhance the user experience through data gathering techniques, communicating requirements with existing teams, and then collaborating with product designers.

Essential Functions:

• Identify target user groups

• Perform interviews and/or other types of data gathering to help articulate user needs and gaps

• Communicate requirements cross-functionally with engineering and project management functions

• Collaborate with product designers to ensure the optimal user experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of field experience working in manufacturing, or industrial sector

• 3-5 years of product management, engineering, engineering sales or equivalent role

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field

• Domain in one of the following: electronics hardware, software UI design, or AI

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and manufacturing customers

• Communicates in a clear, professional manner both verbally and in written-form

• Ability to tailor communication appropriately to intended audience

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
