We are seeking a skilled Associate Office Manager to join our team in Budapest. As an Associate Office Manager you will be responsible for travel coordination, supplier management, facilities management, event planning, and invoice management, covering all Baltics countries.
What You’ll Do

    • Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all employees.
    • Ensure smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact with external and internal departments, suppliers and partners to arrange for office supplies and equipment.
    • Coordinate the distribution of gifts and merchandise to both employees and clients.
    • Support the finance team in preparation of purchase orders and expense reports.
    • Purchase phone subscriptions and coordinate for phone number transfers.
    • Manage all travel arrangements for business trips including booking of flight tickets, hotel, visas and transportation.
    • Administer incoming info emails and calls on LV.
    • Maintain customer agreements and contracts, and coordinate for signatures.
    • Manage and coordinate the scheduling of office events, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
What You Need For This Role

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
    • Previous experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian.
    • Good analytical skills and ability to present information well.
    • Computer skills high, with good command of Excel/Google sheets, not turning back from creating a few slides, correcting or translating long word docs.
