Tortuga Forma is looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Assistant who wants stable work and a long-term career in administration and/or sales. This is a part-time remote role with 10–15 hours per week, and we’re seeking someone who can commit for 2+ years.

Sales & Operations Responsibilities:
– Handle order logistics, including entry, tracking, and updates
– Coordinate with warehouses to gather shipping quotes, confirm inventory levels, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
– Manage dropship accounts: allocate inventory, report SKU sell-through velocity across 2–3 key accounts, address delayed shipments and customer questions, and track returns
– Set up new dropship accounts, including building catalogs (image specs and product descriptions), learning backend systems, and ensuring product information is correctly reflected on partner sites
– Identify sales opportunities in wholesale and seasonal dropship marketing, including outreach and follow-up
– Resolve DTC customer issues, process returns, and issue refunds after returns are received
– Perform monthly data sorting to reconcile dropship and wholesale sales with monthly payouts
– Use QuickBooks Online to match dropship payments to AR
Requirements:
– 1–2 years of experience in sales or operations (internship experience is acceptable)
– Strong writing skills and comfort communicating with external customers
– Experience with sales channel backends (Shopify, Facebook/IG Shop, Pipedrive) is a plus
