We are a rapidly growing residential cleaning company based in the United States, and we are looking for a reliable, organized Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish and located in Latin America to join our team full-time.

This is a 100% remote position. You will work from home in your country and help support our daily operations.

**Key responsibilities:**
– Answer calls, emails, text messages, and live chat from customers (friendly, professional English required)
– Schedule and reschedule cleaning appointments using our software (Jobber or similar)
– Follow up with customers after service (reviews, comments, and rescheduling)
– Coordinate with our cleaning teams (send schedules and confirm arrivals)
– Perform light bookkeeping tasks: record payments, send invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts
– Help with social media posts and respond to comments on Facebook/Instagram
– Handle other administrative tasks as needed

**Schedule and hours:**
– Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
– Occasional Saturday shifts during peak seasons (paid extra or compensated with time off)
– 40–45 hours per week

**Requirements:**
– Fluent English (written and spoken): you will speak with U.S. customers every day
– Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
– At least 2 years of experience as a VA, customer service representative, or call center agent
– Experience with Google Calendar, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
– Fast learner with strong organizational skills
– Laptop/computer and a headset

**We offer:**
– $1,000–$1,400 USD per month (paid every two weeks via Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer)
