We are seeking an Assembly Associate II to ensure accuracy, speed and efficiency with the products being assembled.
The Assembly Associate II should be able to successfully manage multiple responsibilities and act as a leader, both internally and externally. She/he will be responsible for 3 main areas: Quality produced, Quantity produced (Assembly and Fulfillment), and Understanding the components per SKU.
Responsibilities Include:

    • Using the supplied components to assemble products.
    • Assemble Urine kits; polybag and finished kit assembly.
    • Maintain a tidy work area and follow detailed instructions to meet quality requirements.
    • Meet all safety requirements of the company.
    • Use MS Excel to scan in lots.
    • Identify defective items and handle them according to established procedures.
    • Consistently meets and sometimes exceeds (5-10% monthly) the minimum required amount per SKU.
    • Know the components that make up a SKU and recognize if the wrong one was provided for a build.
    • Exceed the average daily/weekly/monthly fulfillment production quotas by 25%.
    • Accurately following training directions when fulfilling orders via HERO application to ensure accuracy.
Desired Skills and Experience:

    • A high school diploma or GED.
    • Six months as an Assembly Associate I.
    • Flexibility to work additional hours, a different schedule, or be flexed based on increased or decreased work volume.
Desired Skills:

    • Attention to detail.
    • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
    • Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to comprehend and follow detailed verbal or written instructions.
    • Entry-level MS Excel experience.
    • Must have good eyesight, including the ability to differentiate between colors and patterns.
