Installation and front line support of internal business applications responding to all support issues to resolution

Creating debugging and enhancing existing internal and 3rd part applications as needed using multiple languages and tool sets.

Develop queries and interfaces to parse data from various systems across multiple servers.

Write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding and modifications.

Ability to work independently with technical and non-technical users to ensure needs and expectations are met in a timely and cost efficient manner
