We’re looking for an Artist and Label Partnerships Associate Manager for Northern Europe to join our team. The Artist & Label Partnerships (ALP) group represents Spotify to artists, managers, labels, and distributors.

The ALP Associate Manager plays a key role, acting as the team’s foundation and helping ensure strong support for artists and their development in the music industry.

As an ALP Associate Manager on the Northern Europe Music Team, you are a collaborative team member who is adaptable, bold, and motivated to drive change.

You will assist the ALP team across all areas in Northern Europe, managing content programming, handling team administration, keeping information updated, contributing to creative discussions, and supporting our Stockholm studio. You’ll help with partnership opportunities, deliver weekly reports, track campaign results, and share feedback. You will use both on-platform and off-platform marketing to ensure artists, managers, and labels view Spotify as their top partner for artist growth.

You will work closely with internal teams such as editorial, artist marketing, consumer marketing, original content, licensing, and more.

What You’ll Do
• Provide daily support to the Northern Europe Artist & Label Partnerships team across all areas.
• Oversee and report on ALP content programming throughout the region.
• Manage all ALP administrative tasks and keep the UK and Global Music teams informed.
• Assist the Northern Europe Music team with planning and executing partnership and playlist campaigns.
• Manage internal ALP communications and collaborate with global internal communications teams.
• Oversee and brief music campaigns for Northern Europe social media channels.
• Handle incoming support inquiries from managers and labels, providing answers or directing them to the right resources.
• Support internal music team meetings and schedule external meetings.
• Stay informed on current music news and share updates internally.
• Offer general team support and contribute to team projects as needed.

Who You Are
• You have more than 2 years of experience in the music industry.
• You can handle pressure and have strong problem‑solving skills.
• You have excellent organisational abilities and are familiar with relevant tools.
• You have broad knowledge and experience with various music genres and cultures.
• You can demonstrate your understanding of Spotify from a user and fan perspective.
• You have strong knowledge of the UK, Irish, and Nordic music industries and stay up to date on trends.
• You are an excellent communicator and presenter.
• You are detail‑oriented, organised, team‑focused, hard‑working, and bring a positive, friendly attitude.

Where You’ll Be
• This position can be based in London, United Kingdom or Stockholm, Sweden.
• We offer flexibility to work where you’re most productive. Some in‑person meetings are required, and we ask that you come in 2–3 times per week.
