What’s the opportunity?
As a Cost & Margin Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing revenues and costs, ensuring the accurate recording and allocation of transactions for various products and countries. You will prepare detailed financial reports that break down revenue and costs by country, product, merchant, processor, and payment method, helping to identify efficiency opportunities and generate valuable business insights.
What will you be doing?

    • Analyzing revenues and costs, ensuring accurate recording and allocation of transactions for different products and countries.
    • Preparing detailed financial reports, breaking down revenue and costs by country, product, merchant, processor, and payment method to identify efficiency opportunities and generate insights.
    • Providing clear business explanations of gross margin in the monthly P&L report to the C-Level executives.
    • Conducting periodic reconciliation of costs between internal tools and accounting books.
    • Supporting internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation, and assisting in resolving audit findings.
    • Assist with internal projects/tools, focusing on optimizing processes to drive efficiency and support the company’s strategic objectives.
What skills do you need?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
    • 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, Costs, Controlling, or FP&A teams focusing on analysis and reporting.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and other visualization tools is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
