Position overview:
As an Area Manager/Director at Job&Talent, you will play a pivotal role in leading, managing, and growing our market presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market. This is a dynamic and growth-focused role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth in staffing (ideally light industrial staffing). Success in this role will require a comprehensive understanding of account management and the growth of existing accounts, the ability to identify new prospects in the market, and a strong focus on the operation and delivery of our client’s workforce needs.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure operational excellence by holding teams accountable for the successful delivery of workforce solutions that meet client expectations and drive long-term satisfaction.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their workforce needs and expanding our share of wallet in their staffing services.
– Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support client growth and workforce scalability in your market.
– Leverage the local sales manager to strengthen relationships and expand our market footprint with new clients.
– Maximize the impact of Job&Talent’s proprietary workforce management platform to enhance client operations and showcase the value of technology-driven staffing solutions.
– Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
– Drive revenue growth by aligning operational capabilities with client needs and implementing strategic operational initiatives.
Qualifications
– Proven success in the light industrial staffing industry, with a strong track record in both delivery and operations.
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and a passion for business growth and operational excellence.
– Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, consistently achieving and exceeding goals.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on addressing client challenges and driving continuous improvement.
– Willingness to travel within the market as needed to support client relationships and business development efforts.
– Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies; proficiency in Google Suite is a plus.
