As a Senior Information Systems Project Manager you will be the driving force behind new Information Systems initiatives. You will work with business operations teams, end-users, and technical experts on a range of IT and IS projects. You will need to research the topic, organise, coordinate, and run the implementation of systems and tools. In this role we need you to ensure they are not just delivered on-time and with high-quality, but are also optimised to deliver the company’s holistic business goals through your understanding of the subject and challenging assumptions.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Ownership
- Whatever project you’re working on, you own the result, as autonomously as possible
- If the scope isn’t well-defined at the start, you would need to research to define it
- If the direction isn’t going where you think it should, you would need to correct it
- If something isn’t getting done, you might need to do it yourself
2. Project Management Expertise
- The basis of the job is Project Management, so this needs to be easy for you
- Making a plan, setting and running meetings, documenting progress and issues, and reporting to management are all daily activities
- You’ll need to be structured where the teams need it, flexible when that’s what they need, and probably shifting between Agile and Waterfall depending on the phase of the project
3. Analysis and Challenge
- You’ll probably start many projects not knowing the subject-matter, so you’ll have to ask questions and do your own research
- With your new-found knowledge (and previous experiences) we expect you to ask questions, and challenge assumptions
- By the end of the project, anyone should be able to ask you a question about it and you can provide a quick answer without notes
4. Cross-Functional Partner
- We are part of the Information Systems Department (ISD), and we exist to make life easier for the rest of the department so they can focus on delivering the best technical work
- We have many business stakeholders and executive sponsors we work with regularly who need to be kept informed, have a voice, receive the best results, and maintain a good relationship with
The Profile We Are Looking For:
Project Management
At least 3 years experience in Project Management, running both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) projects for internal stakeholders
Cross-Functional Leadership
Proven experience leading projects or teams in a fast-paced environment. Ability to influence without direct authority.
Big-Picture View
Understanding of what the most important subjects are for the company at that moment, and how your actions can contribute
Relationship Management
Ability to listen to the needs of your stakeholders, understand what they really want, and prioritise the work to find the best solutions for the maximum benefit

As we increasingly embrace agentic AI we change the way we work, outsourcing routine tasks to agents and focusing human time on the difficult problems. We don’t need someone to simply arrange meetings and build schedules, we need someone to unite the right group of people and drive the work to bring valuable solutions.
Why you should join Contentsquare
We invest in our people through career development, mentorship, social events, philanthropic activities, and competitive benefits. We are always assessing the perks we offer to ensure we’re aligned with the employees’ needs.
Here are a few we want to highlight:
– Virtual onboarding, Hackathon, and various opportunities to interact with your team and global colleagues both on and offsite each year
– Work flexibility: hybrid and remote work policies
– Generous paid time-off policy (every location is different)
– Lifestyle allowance
– A Culture Crew in every country we’re based in to coordinate regular activities for employees to get to know each other and bond outside of work
– Every full-time employee receives stock options, allowing them to share in the company’s success
– We have multiple Employee Resource Groups, that offer a safe space for individuals who share common identities, life experiences, or allyship to connect, support one another, and passionately advocate for the issues close to their hearts
– And more benefits tailored to each country
