- • Coach and mentor teams to build depth in modern BI, semantic modeling, and AI readiness • Contribute to practice growth through IP creation, accelerators, pre-sales support, and thought leadership Personal Attributes • Experience working across multiple industries and complex enterprise environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive articulation • Structured, outcome-oriented, and process-driven mindset • Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously • Comfortable working with distributed global teams • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage difficult stakeholder conversations • Strong inclination toward thought leadership, innovation, and capability building Experience Guidelines • 15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Platforms • Significant experience leading enterprise-scale BI modernization and transformation programs • Demonstrated ownership of semantic layers, metric governance, and BI architecture • Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Looker in large-scale deployments • Exposure to AI-enabled BI use cases and platforms is strongly preferred Education Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Analytics, or a related field Projects This Role Will Support • Enterprise BI Modernization and Cloud BI Transformations • AI-Enabled BI and Semantic Layer Implementations • BI Control Towers and Executive Decision Platforms • Report Rationalization and BI Cost Optimization Programs • Insight Automation, Anomaly Detection, and Narrative BI Initiatives
