movecoach develops on a LAMP platform and utilize agile software with a distributed development team. We are a small team that moves fast, so your enhancements are guaranteed to be used by our customers.

We coach our customers to become more active and healthy, and our data-drive algorithms customize the coaching based on results.

As an Application Developer you will engage and iterate our core technology which is a dynamic guidance platform (US Patent #8,202,202). You will analyze input/output results against targets and utilize algorithms for predictive response and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities • Design and develop with colleagues a new generation, secure, scalable and high performance platform • Utilize customer feedback, results, analytics, A/B testing, and other data to add intelligence to engine and efficiency to the experience • Collaborate with every member of the team including the CEO • Identify engagement trends and optimize the process to increase them • Setup new customer instances with secure login, reports and private mobile apps

Required Skills and Experience • Pragmatic attitude • Passionate approach to development • Critical analysis to identify priority in approach and assignments • Demonstrable experience with Object Oriented programming • PHP and JavaScript expertise • Experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL) • Experience with Linux and Server Side Technologies/HTTP • Sincere desire to help people become healthier
