We’re a Norwegian company building a single page business application that consists of various modules on a RESTful API. We’re looking for a methodical and sharp Angular frontend developer.
You’ll be working in a team of 10+ remote developers organizing the work (in English) through Slack and our own breed of Scrum/Kanban using ScrumDo. We have been digital nomads for years, and know how it is. The core of the team consists of Norwegians and Brazilians, located in Brazil.
Tools we use and that you should be or make yourself familiar with:
- Protractor (E2E testing)
- Karma (unit testing)
- Gulp
- NodeJs
- Bower
- Git/GitHub/SourceTree
- Jenkins (CI)
- Vagrant (local environment)
- PHPStorm (IDE)
You should have a few years’ experience working in a team of 4+ devs. We require experience with big single page applications with advanced routing and high standards for testing your own code. Our wiki explains the code standards that you should follow. The developer we are looking for must have a strong interest in learning new technologies and reading up on best practices.
We base the payment purely on skills and estimated productivity, not experience or university degrees. We offer a 12 months’ renewable contract and enough work for years to come if you like it.
