Our Mission 🚀
We are an impact-driven company that aims to build the future of logistics for a more sustainable world: shared, efficient and reliable. We are committed to creating a new standard for urban deliveries that meet today’s environmental and social challenges while offering a premium delivery experience blending speed, flexibility and convenience.
Stuart is a highly diverse and inclusive company of 280+ employees from different nationalities and backgrounds working across France 🇫🇷, Poland 🇵🇱, Spain 🇪🇸 and the UK. 🇬🇧
It’s the right moment and the right place for us to make an impact on millions of people, as home delivery services hit a record high. And guess what? You can help us fulfil our vision 🙌
We are currently looking for an Analytics Manager who will join our Analytics team (21 people). Your role will be to use data to generate insights that proactively identify and solve some of the biggest challenges and opportunities for Stuart, specifically around how to better incentivise our supply engagement while optimising cost and ensuring Stuart is highly reliable for its clients. Your role is key to uncover and provide actionable insights to achieve our company goals mainly through analysis and quantitative experiments. You will work very closely with Product and Operations to achieve these objectives. You will balance the analytical strategy vision of what needs to be analysed and hands-on experience to deliver the insights along with your team.
You will be based in either Barcelona or Warsaw, and will report to Pilar Santolaria (Director of Analytics).
What will I be doing? 🤔
- Provide insights and make recommendations: Conduct analysis and experiments to find the biggest opportunities for Stuart to improve the engagement of our supply and ensure performance for our clients. Communicate and share your work with stakeholders to get your insights acted on.
- Use both your strategic vision and hands-on experience to lead, mentor and motivate the analysts on your team (~4) and maximize their growth and impact in their own domains
- Decide priorities with your team and in alignment with stakeholders, create a roadmap and distribute resources accordingly
- Identify opportunities in which insights can help the company achieve their goals faster
- Ensure the right balance of foundations (dbt models, data availability, etc.), reporting needs (dashboards) and insights in your area
What do we need from you? 😎
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant data role. Data analytics, product analytics or similar. 2+ years as a people manager.
- Proven track record: You have experience using data driven decisions to deliver business results.
- Great communication skills. Able to communicate analytical results clearly to a non-technical audience. You communicate recommendations and “so whats” from your work effectively. You are able to influence stakeholders to take action based on your recommendations.
- Strong technical skills. Expert in SQL, knowledge of Python and at least one of DBT, Tableau, Superset, Looker or equivalent.
- Proactive strategic skills: Identifying opportunities where analytics can have impact and acting on them without the need of others (manager or stakeholder) to bring them up. You are then able to build an analytics plan in the domain you own from a general business objective.
- English skills are a must.
