Spring Health is hiring for a remote role within its Analytics Engineering team, part of the Business Intelligence organization. The company’s mission is to eliminate barriers to mental health and provide clinically validated precision mental healthcare, partnering with more than 450 companies and serving 10 million people globally. The role focuses on building and maintaining core data models in dbt, ensuring consistency across business metrics, supporting downstream analysts and data scientists, documenting data assets, and improving data quality and reporting infrastructure. The position involves close collaboration with engineers on the Identity pod, other analytics engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining core data models in dbt, defining critical business metrics, creating comprehensive documentation, supporting data access and usage, building monitoring systems for data quality, and auditing models for long-term accuracy and relevance. Success is described as enabling high-quality data access for downstream teams, producing consistent answers to business questions, and creating highly performant models that reduce cloud data costs.

Requirements include 3+ years of experience working with data pipeline tools, proficiency in SQL, experience with dbt or similar modern transformation tools, and experience building and maintaining data pipelines in cloud environments such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. Preferred experience also includes working with data scientists and machine learning engineers, resolving data discrepancies, applying data quality best practices, and using visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.

The role is remote and the target base salary range is $120,000 to $140,000, with stock options and benefits.
