The Role
The FP&A team is looking for a Senior Analyst, FP&A to lead all go-to-market strategy and planning for our self-serve products. This includes serving as primary business partner to Streamyard. This position reports to the VP, FP&A and will be a key contributor towards Hopin’s overall strategic direction.

Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and iterate on the company’s operating and revenue models for all self-serve business products
Partner with other members of the Strategic Finance team and functional leads to establish headcount plans, budgets, and long-range planning
Develop close working relationships with relevant product leads and act as a finance business partner to them
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports to be shared with the company executive, leadership team and board of directors
Support the Operational Finance team in partnering with key stakeholder to better determine ROI amongst various strategic investments
About you
5+ years of relevant experience with financial modeling – GTM FP&A experience within a high growth operating environment or Banking / PE / Consulting / VC background
Strong understanding of SaaS business models; Consumer-based models is a plus
Familiarity with ERP and FP&A Planning systems (ie. Netsuite, Mosaic or other financial planning software a plus)
Experience creating flexible forecasting and scenario financial models
Experience working with large datasets and extracting and interpreting key financial insights as well as providing data-driven business recommendations
Experience creating and presenting financial findings and recommendations to exec or board level audience
The ability to contribute as a team player that embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Roll-up your sleeves attitude in a team environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, GoogleSlides and memo writing skills to be able to clearly present financial information and recommendations both in slide and narrative formats

Offer
