HR Senior Analyst – PD – São Paulo

We are looking for a talented person who wants hands-on HR experience in a fast-growing environment.
In this full-time position, you will work to ensure the smooth running of our team and a positive employee experience.
This role is crucial for the organization as the first point of contact for all employees, handling R&S process, payroll for 100+ team members, navigating an array of policy questions, ensuring data integrity, streamlining HR tools, navigating employee benefits, and much more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate HR Operations routines (vacation, admission, termination and benefits).
Providing guidance in HR-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
Responsible for monthly payroll preparation and submission;
Lead the day-to-day HR initiatives, support and guide managers through the process of performance management, employee development, employee relations, etc.
Create and update People Operations process documentation, standard operating procedures, help guides, and various other resources to be used within the department.
Management of employee database, documentation, and company policies to keep them well-organized and up to date.
Champion internal communication initiatives that keep our team aligned, informed, and engaged
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
Actively participate in the improvement of the area and cross-area processes.
Help to ensure that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Knowledge of labor laws, e-social, and labor taxes.
Experience in HR Operations routines
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
Ability to multitask.
Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail.
Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills could be a differential.
A high degree of initiative and take ownership of tasks.
Experience in similar sectors or technology companies will be valued.
