The Data team owns and continuously improves the data platform that powers essential product features and helps every department make smarter, faster decisions with confidence.
What makes our team unique is its central position at the intersection of Product, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering. As a 6-month Data Analyst Intern, your main responsibility will be to answer strategic business questions related to churn, upsell opportunities, and feature adoption—helping teams move faster with dependable, actionable data. You will also contribute to meaningful cross-functional projects, including an AI-powered initiative that enables teams to build and run their own SQL queries independently. In addition, you will support the onboarding of teams to a new BI tool, helping shape the future of self-service analytics across the company.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Learn about 360Learning, including its platform, teams, and culture
- Get to know our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt, etc.) and our ways of working
- Understand our self-service strategy and the current challenges around data requests
Within 3 months, you will:
- Answer high-impact business questions on churn, upsell, and feature adoption
- Work with our Senior Data Analyst to improve documentation, data models, and best practices to strengthen self-service adoption
- Support teams in becoming more autonomous in Looker
- Design an AI-powered initiative that allows teams to build and run their own Snowflake queries independently
Within 6 months, you will:
- Help onboard teams onto our new BI tool as part of the transition away from Amplitude
- Scale and iterate on the AI/self-service initiative based on team feedback and adoption
