Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Demonstrations: Independently conduct product demonstrations appropriate to customer use cases. Solutioning customer use cases and pitching the appropriate product / platform. Explain product features, content capabilities and functions. Support sales on scope documents and pitch decks
• Sales Enablement: Act as product owner for assigned product and become single point of contact for all sales related product queries, training needs and support channel where necessary. Become the custodian of presales collaterals necessary to support demonstrations and pitches. Ensure local content on product is updated as per latest product release, relevant to product value proposition and customer use cases identified by GTM. Conduct routine need based sales trainings to identify understanding gaps and address them.
• Customer Engagement: Act as end-end product owner from operations in the pre-signing phase to facilitate customer experience. Address customer queries, engage with customer in the POC stage, support the end-end trials process
• Group Liaison: Engage with cross functional teams to get product related support in case of any issues / bugs. Share market feedback to appropriate teams on competition and feature competency

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Master’s Degree / MBA with engineering/ any other professional courses
• Work Experience: 2 – 4 years
• Prior experience in Pre-sales product demonstrations.
