What will you do?

• Review alerts generated by the AML transaction monitoring system.
• Oversee transaction monitoring processes related to AML concerns.
• Handle AML and Sanctions issues tied to Transaction Monitoring and Name Screening controls.
• Recommend improvements to monitoring scenarios and thresholds using a risk‑based approach aligned with alert reviews and industry best practices.
• Monitor other controls and limits in line with the Group’s Risk Appetite Framework.
• Support and build relationships with customers, banking partners, and key stakeholders.
• Perform periodic reviews as part of the company’s internal control processes.
• Carry out additional AML and Sanctions tasks as needed.

What skills do you need?

• At least two years of professional experience specifically in transaction monitoring.
• Strong professionalism, adaptability, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly motivated team player with solid knowledge of AML/CFT risks.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Law, or similar fields, or a recognized accounting qualification.
• Fluency in English; additional relevant languages are a plus.
