As an Aircraft Records Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
• Tracking aircraft, powerplant, landing gear, and component maintenance and operational records to ensure proper traceability and compliance with continuing airworthiness requirements.
• Supporting compliance updates for operators by ensuring that material management, aircraft utilization, and aircraft actuals are kept up to date using information from task cards, logbooks, DFP, LDND, ARC, and other documents.
• Verifying flight hours, cycles, and component data submitted by Maintenance Analysts, customers, or Enrollment.
• Ensuring accurate aircraft maintenance forecasts for all customers.
• Performing major assembly updates and AMP/AAIP incorporations.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Aircraft Avionics Technology, or a related engineering field.
• Familiarity with technical records such as task cards, logbooks, ARC (Form 1 / Form 8130-3), shop visit reports, and other DFPs.
• Experience reviewing technical documents such as OEM manuals, ADs, SBs, AMPs, and similar publications.
• A PRC license or CAAP A&P license is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
