Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement backend services for AI chatbot products.
• Build large-scale software systems that impact the daily lives of millions of users.
• Research and integrate LLM models to enhance chatbot performance and user experience.
• Upgrade underlying infrastructure and architecture, optimize performance, troubleshoot online issues, and refactor systems.
• Write clean, high-quality, maintainable code following engineering best practices, mentor junior engineers, and share knowledge.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong Core Java programming skills and readiness for hands-on development.
• Ability to handle pressure and quickly learn new concepts.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with design patterns and system design for solving common software challenges.
• Experience with chatbots or customer service bots is a plus.
• Experience with LLMs is a plus.
• Experience with Python and working with algorithm engineers is a plus.
• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Flink or Spark is a plus.
