We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer (RTE) with expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies to serve as a key partner for our client in a global project. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in helping teams successfully adopt Agile, ensuring project objectives are aligned with Agile principles and practices.

Key responsibilities:
– Work closely with key stakeholders to help implement Agile practices across teams.
– Coach teams in Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles and practices.
– Support the RTE with planning and facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
– Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to identify and implement process enhancements.
– Help remove impediments and address challenges during Agile transitions.
– Provide training and workshops to strengthen Agile knowledge and practices across the organization.
– Use Azure DevOps to manage Agile processes and monitor project progress.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
– Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies.
– Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Preferred: experience with Azure DevOps tools and practices.
– Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
– Experience working with global or distributed teams is a plus.
– Ability to visit the client occasionally.
