Description

• Coach development teams, engineering managers, product owners, process owners, and stakeholders in sustainable and continually improving software delivery

• Develop and leverage tools for measuring team health to drive team and organization-wide improvement

• Practice servant leadership while being a thought leader in the agile community and beyond
