Admiral is looking for a mid-level or senior-level engineer with experience in ad tech to help us expand our innovative platform and bridge the gap between publishers and their audiences. They’ll be working with both the client and server-side aspects of ad serving, browser technologies, cookie-syncing, uncommon network protocols, and more. To that end, you’ll be coding microservices in Go, client libraries in Javascript, and working with vendors, debugging, and reverse engineering technologies across the web to improve compatibility with our platform.

What you’ll do:
Be an important member of a small and productive team
Build and take responsibility for backend services that serve and support billions of impressions
Reverse engineer undocumented third party javascript in order to ensure compatibility with our core technologies
Be up to date on changes to the browser ecosystem, especially Chrome, which affect ad blocking
Provide input and collaborate on product roadmap and future functionality
Help improve ad quality across the internet
