The Role

We are looking for an operations minded admissions professional to deliver and execute on B2B/B2G client engagements. The Admissions Delivery Associate will be primarily responsible for driving admissions – including communicating with Client Success Managers and Instructional Managers, attending Internal Kick-Off Calls and Weekly Client Syncs. This role requires an action-oriented individual who can thrive in a collaborative environment, balance stakeholder (internal and external) relationships, and produce results. You’ll be excited to engage with new audiences and deliver a best-in-class admissions experience both for our clients and students. This position plays a key role in leading the admissions delivery and overall success of our client engagements.

The Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students

Own targets and manage a robust pipeline

Interview prospective students to ensure their qualifications and interests are a match for our programs and client’s needs

Work with Senior Client Success Managers/Client Success Managers to report admissions metrics

Comfort in managing pipeline through Salesforce, Google Sheets

Requirements:

1-2 years proven experience in consultative sales, consumer sales, enterprise sales/partnerships, admissions or recruiting.

Exceptional closing skills while retaining customer and client focus

Awareness to manage ambiguity and can adapt quickly

Ability to collaborate, direct work, and instills trust with internal and external stakeholders

Confidence pitching and communicating in both 1:1 and 1:many situations

Must be willing to work 9:00am-6:00pm EST, but remain flexible to client deliveries

General Assembly is a licensed school in all states that we operate in, and some states require inside sales associates to be licensed to recruit or enroll students. If hired, you will be required to submit and be approved as a sales agent in relevant states. Directions for becoming licensed will be shared with you during onboarding. Licensure requirements vary by state, but you may be required to answer questions pertaining to moral character, professional conduct, education, and work history. General Assembly will pay for all licensing fees.
