RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and leadership.
    • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
    • Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and documentation.
    • Help with travel arrangements, booking, and expense tracking.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, internal events, and team activities.
    • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (1–3 years preferred).
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other business tools is a strong plus.
    • Fluency in Russian, English, and Azerbaijani (spoken and written) is required.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
