As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Lyra Health, you will help drive company growth by sourcing and attracting top talent for our Provider Network. You will manage the full recruitment process, partner with Talent Acquisition leadership, collaborate with clinical strategy and operations, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. **Responsibilities**
– Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, talent pipelines, credentialing, and onboarding
– Resolve complex hiring issues independently and implement solutions in collaboration with others
– Take initiative and own challenging tasks with minimal supervision
– Support strategic initiatives and consistently deliver high-quality work
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
– Track and communicate hiring progress and impact using relevant metrics
– Manage recruiting needs across teams and pipelines while aligning with business priorities
– Use data to support team goals and proactively gather needed information
– Apply strategic thinking to prioritize complex work independently
– Know when to collaborate and share effective strategies with the team
– Address conflicts constructively and clearly explain your reasoning
– Consider the broader impact of your work, propose solutions, and promote a positive team culture
**Qualifications**
– 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in mental health, healthcare, or related areas
– Advanced sourcing and talent mapping knowledge
– Proven success building pipelines, partnering with stakeholders, and handling recruiting challenges
– Track record of delivering an exceptional recruiting experience
– Experience leading recruiting initiatives and other related pipeline-building efforts
– Highly self-motivated and resourceful in resolving issues
– Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
– Ability to work independently and consistently achieve results
**Compensation**
The role offers an estimated annual base salary of $85,000 to $117,000. Your final pay will depend on role and level, as well as job-related factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Commission payments may also apply.
