Who You Are

You are a driven professional who enjoys collaborating to achieve results. You excel at organization and time management and bring experience in Finance or Accounting. You are analytical, comfortable with MS Office, Excel, and data reporting tools, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where you can continue learning and growing.

What You’ll Do

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Collect and review monthly bank statements from BHG reserve accounts
• Assist with gathering and summarizing data for Accounting Department projects and audits
• Communicate with our 1,000+ banking partners regarding account activity and loan servicing
• Work with other BHG departments to support their accounting needs
• Process electronic transactions for new loan originations and existing loan servicing
• Complete all work with the highest ethical standards

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software preferred (such as Workday)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
