Accountant I (Invoicing) – Lahore, Pakistan

Job Responsibilities
•Prepare and issue invoices to clients or customers accurately and on time
•Resolve billing issues and handle invoice-related queries
•Review purchase orders and sales transactions to ensure accuracy
•Track and monitor accounts for timely payments and update customer records
•Maintain comprehensive electronic and paper records of all invoices and transactions
•Implement and adhere to financial procedures and policies
•Prepare regular reports and summaries of invoicing activity
•Support financial audits by providing required information
•Coordinate with sales or service departments to verify transaction details
•Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile invoicing issues
•Handel and intelligently analyzing different types of data and data evaluation metrics.
•Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
•Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
•Work closely and collaboratively within a team
•Collaborate to support overall department goals and objectives
•Perform account reconciliations
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices & standards
Qualifications

    • BS/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field
    • 1-2 years of experience in staffing, payroll, accounting in a high-volume organization is a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel)
    • Familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. MS Dynamix, Bull Horn, D365, etc.)
    • Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required.
₨ 100,000 – ₨ 110,000 a month
