Hi, I’m Jordana Wolch, a Vice President at Craft Public Relations. I’m overseeing recruitment for a new Account Manager position at the agency. I’ve been with Craft for more than six years, and during that time, we’ve grown from a team of 12 to more than 40. We already have an incredible, passionate group of people, and we’re excited to welcome someone new to our team.

Lisa Pasquin founded Craft in October 2015 with the vision of building an inspiring place where people can do great work together. Today, we proudly partner with many of Canada’s top brands, including Hershey, Keurig Dr Pepper, Moosehead Breweries, Nintendo of Canada, Tim Hortons, Firehouse Subs, Popeyes, and Burger King. We produce award‑winning work and have a lot of fun doing it—our vibrant culture is truly one of Craft’s greatest strengths.

At Craft, the Account Manager role sits between the Account Executive and Senior Account Manager positions. You’ll oversee projects and programs for your accounts and take on hands‑on responsibilities like media relations, influencer outreach, events, and more, guided by senior account leads.

The Opportunity
• Lead the execution of assigned projects, including oversight of team members supporting your work.
• Support day‑to‑day project and program management, including workback schedules, status updates, and budget tracking.

What You Bring
• Experience in public relations or communications; agency experience is an asset.
• High standards and a drive to continually improve.
• Curiosity about your work and the world around you.
• Empathy and a desire to support teammates personally and professionally.
• A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for partnering with colleagues and clients to create outstanding work.

• Reference checks conducted by Bloom
*The in‑person interview will take place at Craft’s office in East Room’s 507 King St. East location in Toronto’s east end.

Location
• Craft operates on a hybrid model. Employees work from the office at 507 King Street East on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with occasional additional in‑office days as needed.
• This role may require occasional travel within Canada and the United States for meetings and events.

Salary: $68,000 – $80,000 annually

Perks include
• Unlimited vacation
• Competitive annual bonus tied to company performance
