We are looking for a customer-centric, operations-savvy Account and Project Manager for our rapidly growing Real Estate vertical. In this position, you will manage our growing real estate client accounts, and lead internal project management to deliver 3D models, virtual tours, and interior designs to clients.

This position is responsible for the end to end account management for our real estate clients, including continuous project status updates, administration and billing, and customer service. As our project manager for real estate projects, you will also coordinate and deliver 3D models and virtual designs to our clients. You will continuously analyze our project pipeline across multiple clients, and take action to ensure we deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget. You will also lead continuous improvement of our client relationships and internal operations as we scale our real estate offering.

This position combines account management, project management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about building strong client relationships, delivering an outstanding product while running highly effective operations. You thrive on building deep customer understanding, developing and implementing detailed project plans, and managing towards ambitious client experience and growth targets.

Responsibilities

Manage growing real estate client accounts end to end, including continuous status updates, billing, administration, and customer service
Lead internal project management to create 3D visualizations and designs
Continuously analyze project pipeline across multiple clients, to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, and profitability of the program
Self-driven continuous improvement of client relationships and internal operations
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Modsy’s 3D operations, interior design, and product/engineering team

Experience & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in account and/or project management in an architectural/design/technology environment
Passionate about a delightful client experience and the seamless operations behind the scenes that enable it
Proven ability to manage a pipeline of work, deliver high quality on time and within budget, while proactively driving continuous improvement
Familiar with managing vendor relationships from proposal stage to onboarding and continuous vendor performance management
Experience with tracking, and improving pipeline and process KPIs in a collaborative environment
Ability to analyze pipeline performance data and identify patterns, to determine gaps and improvement opportunities
Structured problem solving skills and ability to solve issues hands-on and via delegating effectively
Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, etc.
Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player
Willingness and eagerness to work with a distributed team
