Our agency services clients with monthly ad budgets of $3000 or more. We stay on the cutting edge of ad and analytics technology to bring clarity to account performance and to provide accountability for return on ad spend.
Role
- Perform client setup and onboarding including ad and analytics account creation
- Manage client documents
- Provide first line client support by phone, email or help desk
- Improve and document processes
- Coordinate with bookkeeping and admin staff
Experience
-Client service for 2-3 years, preferably in marketing or advertising
- Excellent phone skills
- Clear written communications
- Windows 10, Google Docs, Google Hangouts, and Gmail a must
- Intermediate Excel
- Prefer experience with AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
- Prefer experience with Asana project management, Toggl time tracking, Streak CRM, Freshdesk help desk, and Sharpspring marketing automation

Compensation
- Starts at $17/hr, depending on experience.
