This position focuses on three primary areas: business origination, work delivery, and account management. The Account Director (AD) is an evangelist for our brand and will develop new business opportunities. The AD will utilize our marketing assessment to address the appropriate scope for the client based on factors such as business lifecycle stage, competitive advantage, growth goals, resources and timelines. The AD will be doing work delivery within his/her accounts and utilize a delivery support team. The AD will be responsible for all aspects of the client experience including day-to-day contracts on core accounts.

The AD should be able to deliver services across multiple marketing disciplines, including: brand marketing, content marketing, data analysis, email marketing, graphic design, lead generation and management, paid media management, public relations, sales integration, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, strategic planning, website design and development.

Account Director will have demonstrated advanced strategic planning and consultation competencies and a proven performance track record. The AD will develop marketing strategies for clients to synchronize the end-to-end customer experience, creating agile, and relevant marketing campaigns, use data and technology for real-time marketing impact, and finally creating predictable marketing systems with stated ROI.

The AD will have an appetite for knowledge about the technology industry as it relates to the delivery of the customer experience. They must understand how technology can be used to adapt business models, increase efficiency and productivity, evolve client campaigns, and make connections of unrelated data.

Develops referral partners by building a professional network in the market; establishing relationships with productive partners in the market.

Salary and compensation

$150,000 — $175,000/year
