WHAT YOU’LL DO You own Dream Team Hub’s user experience, all usability and conversion optimization of our core web application. You analyze, organize and achieve.

In more detail… ● You lead product design. You develop and improve the user experience and functionality of Dream Team Hub’s platform. You own the release backlog and sprint items. You contribute to the product vision and product backlog. ● You elaborate on ideas for features and products and drive them to delivery. So from conceptualizing, wireframing, prototyping and user-testing yourself, to challenging visual design and development of sprint items. ● You improve conversions and other outcomes of interest through A/B split and multivariate testing. ● You are a strong individual who is obsessed with delivering a high-quality experience informed by qualitative and quantitative data.

WHAT YOU BRING ● 5+ years experience in UX, UI, web and responsive design and development ● Thorough understanding of persuasive and interaction design ● Expertise in user testing and testing methodologies ● Some code savviness ● Experience in managing projects and organizing priorities ● Clear and effective communication skills ● Leadership, relationship and consensus building skills
