ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be fully responsible for running the strategy and execution of all online paid advertising. Basically your job is to get as many quality customers for the lowest price possible! You’ll be primarily working in Facebook ads.
This is an extremely close-up, detailed position where you’ll be actively managing all of our Facebook ad, twitter ad, retargeting, and PPC campaigns. This is a fast-paced, constantly changing role and you have to be extremely agile, adaptable, and data-oriented.
You need to be someone who is excellent at analyzing advertising both from a qualitative and quantitative perspective. You need to keep a close eye on our numbers to ensure that our CAC is within range, and have a good intuitive feel for what works and what doesn’t.
You will have a writer/designer team at your disposal BUT you need to be proficient in both of these areas, as you’ll often need to tweak copy or make basic graphics on your own.
Your Duties:
- Put together a detailed advertising strategic plan
- Set up, run and monitor all advertising, day in and day out – big management, testing, data collection and analysis, etc
- Explore and strategically expand into other advertising platforms (we’re currently active on Facebook Ads & banner retargeting, and would like you to expand into Twitter Ads, Google PPC, and whatever other platforms will be profitable.)
