We acquired the domain name (Ice.com) a year ago (it is unrelated to the previous company). What you’ll be doing:

  • Owningfront-end product design anddevelopment.
  • Writingclean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML, CSS, Javascript.
  • A/B testing design changes to make sure the changes are not just beautiful, but also functional.
  • Learning and owning much of the a/b testing and targeting environment using Adobe target (best in class enterprise solution).

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2+ years ofHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX experience. Familiarity with Django preferred but not necessary.
  • Passionate about design.
  • Agile and experiment-driven.
  • Experiencein design best practices but understanding that best practices don’t always convert.
