Job summary
We are seeking a Digital Media Operations & Advertising Executive to oversee digital audience measurement, data quality management, and paid advertising campaign execution. This role requires a strong analytical mindset to monitor and optimize data inputs, alongside expertise in designing and running digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital tagging technologies, third-party data feeds, and audience analytics while also managing paid media campaigns to drive lead generation and maximize ROI.
This varied role will ultimately involve working across all of the forms of digital audience measurement owned by this team, which includes:
Panel metered desktop web and video measurement.
Panel metered iOS and Android web and app measurement.
Multiple tagging technologies.
Multiple 3rd Party data feeds.
Design and run digital ad campaigns on various platforms
Responsibilities
- Digital Media Operations & Quality Management:
- Monitoring daily tagged data for unexpected changes, determining the cause and escalating where appropriate.
- Analysing monthly deliverables and taking short term/mid term/long term steps as appropriate.
- Working with local and global teams on BAU management.
- Working with local and global teams on change management.
- Analysing data in depth to explain the cause of trends within the data.
- Making sure that all tasks are completed according to scheduled SLAs.
- Driving resolution for incidents.
- Taking ownership over some processes and documentation.
- Digital Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across media platforms.
- Design ad creatives, including visuals, copy, and landing pages, in collaboration with designers and content teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates), and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for digital advertising.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you will:
- A University degree in a technology-related course, engineering or at a minimum.
- Willing to work in Australian Time zone (AEST)
- Experience: 3-5 years in digital media operations, data analysis, or digital advertising.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities using Excel and advance SQL knowledge. Python knowledge is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Have a keen eye for detail and pattern recognition.
- Experience with digital audience measurement, tagging technologies, and third-party data feeds.
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of digital tracking and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to design engaging ad creatives and write compelling ad copy.
- Attention to Detail: Strong pattern recognition skills for monitoring data anomalies and campaign performance.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects across different time zones.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Preferred: Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Blueprint certifications.
