Clutch is looking for an exceptional data scientist to synthesize and leverage our rich dataset of consumer and multi-channel transaction data to help our brands achieve their aggressive marketing goals.

We are focused on the company’s product strategy, and work on high-impact projects, utilizing a mix of open source and in-house tools and techniques to deliver insights.

We’re a lean, flat, and experimental team combining science and engineering to identify and inject high-value insights into our client brands’ marketing strategies. The team works in quick iterations, using the techniques and algorithms best suited for solving the challenging problems of industries like high-fashion retail, QSR, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and many other verticals.

What you’ll be doing:

You will advocate, evangelize, and build data-fueled products that help our brands maximize their customer strategies. You’ll dig in and become an expert on our datasets. You will provide insight into leading analytic practices, design and lead iterative learning and development cycles, and ultimately produce new and creative analytic solutions that will become part of our core deliverables.

You will work with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas. You will lead applied analytics initiatives that are leveraged across the breadth of our solutions. You will research, design, implement and validate cutting-edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes.

As our data scientist, you will provide expertise on mathematical concepts for the broader technical and business team(s), and inspire the adoption of advanced analytics and data science across the entire breadth of our organization.
