About the Role:
Nielsen Media are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive operation associate for a maternity cover position. This position plays a vital role in the daily operations of our audience measurement data production cycle. This position requires a blend of strong project management skills, a technical mindset to understand and monitor complex systems, and a good foundation in data principles and analysis to ensure a timely and accurate delivery of data to the media industry. You will be instrumental in maintaining data quality, resolving issues, and supporting the implementation of new features to enhance our services. About you:
You may be a recent graduate seeking your first job, have a few years of experience, or possess a solid background the responsibilities for this maternity cover will be adjusted accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Production Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Continuously monitor data production systems to ensure proper operation and proactively identify potential issues. Execute timely and appropriate escalation procedures to relevant technical teams when production incidents occur, providing immediate support to facilitate a solution.
- Data Quality Assurance & Customer Support: Maintain high service quality standards by thoroughly analyzing and resolving data quality and customer service problems. Identifying trends in data and providing recommendations for product- and system improvements.
- New Feature Implementation Support: Collaborate closely with development and support teams throughout the implementation lifecycle of new data features and system enhancements. This includes liaising with stakeholders, taking ownership of testing and validation processes to ensure successful and seamless deployments.
- Data Quality Escalation Point: Serve as the primary point of escalation for data quality issues, investigating and coordinating resolutions with relevant internal teams.
- Client Inquiry Resolution: Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and effectively resolve client inquiries related to audience measurement data, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions.
- Workflow Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to modify, develop, and implement improved workflows and procedures to enhance data quality, accelerate processing times, and simplify existing processes.
Key Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, software knowledge, and technical proficiency.
- Professional proficiency in both Danish and English (mandatory)
- The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
