We are looking for a motivated self starter to join our growing team as an operations associate. This person will provide support to our operations team on a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience working at a remote company, and be comfortable working closely with startup founders in a fast paced environment. This is a great opportunity to learn more about building and running a growing start up.
About You
You can draft internal and external communications that are sensitive to the nuances that different situations require. You have opinions on organization and file systems, seek to automate repetitive manual tasks, and enjoy the complexities of scheduling for a distributed team across numerous time zones. You understand how to “manage up,” and are extremely organized with the ability to easily context switch between daily tasks. You proactively solve problems, and are excited to offer your support to the team.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
- Support founders and operations team
- Manage executives’ calendars and schedule team wide meetings
- Assist with a variety of operations tasks (including: administrative, events, special projects, hiring, etc)
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports by collecting and analyzing data
- Take minutes during meetings
Skills and Experience We’d Like to See
- Tools: AirTable, Notion, G Suite, Slack
- Experience managing personnel matters and other sensitive tasks where privacy is key
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong communicator (verbal and written)
- Creative Problem Solver
