What we need: A Customer QATest Analystthat will ensure that portal websites developed with Healthx solutions meet both Healthx standards and customer requirements Outcomes:

  • Understand Healthx portal standards and ensure delivered portal websites meet those standards
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure delivered portal websites meet customer requirements
  • Identify and generate test scenarios and plans from business requirements
  • Maintain high functioning relationships with customer project teams
  • Identify and escalate critical risks to key constituents
  • Create clear documentation for internal and external use, including but not limited to customized test plans, test scenarios, and issues lists for multiple concurrent implementations
  • Maintain an excellent quality standard for solutions delivered to Healthx customers

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop software application system test plans based on customer requirements
  • Ability to execute software application system test plans and assess and report results
  • Ability to effectively interact with both customer and internal project teams
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the healthcare payer industry and associated technology
  • Strong analytical skills; problem solver
  • Persistent, does not accept the status quo
