Tenor is lookingfor an self-motivated,quantitatively-minded developer to supportour investment process. You will be doing cutting-edgefinancial research and building high-availability systems to support the team.We prefer on-site, but are open to remote and part-time for seniorcandidates.
We trust you to set your own priorities inour ticketing system, manage your own code quality, and choose how you can best impact the P&L. Recent projects have included: company fundamentals screening, convertible bond modeling, portfolio hedging,time series analysis, natural language processing, back-office automation, and devops. We commonly need to doquick ‘one-offs’ supportingday-to-day trading.
You will be working with another experiencedengineer, seniorremote sysadmins, 9 professional investors,and 5 back-office staff.Ourteamsitstogether inan opentrading floor, andprioritizes regularcommunication and efficiency. Weuse private offices as neededfor quiet time and sprints.
