POSITION SUMMARY: You will place a major emphasis on obtaining new customers and with existing customers that utilize IT contractors as part of their corporate contingent workforce. You will work in a collaborative team effort in support of our client hiring objectives.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identification of project or large-scale opportunities, identifying key business initiatives Obtain, qualify, develop and manage pipeline of requirements Prepare 30/60/90-day forecasts, updated weekly Establishing credibility of TCML within client organization as an efficient, high-quality service provider
Research market trends for client marketing through: Networking Internet Referrals Trade news
Document sales/marketing efforts and information on client accounts and consultants in sales & recruiting CRM/ATS database.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Verify current, upcoming and/or potential technical needs Present and place qualified consultants for current open job requirements Monitor contracts in place to assure quality standards Resolve problems or issues Assist in preparation of Requests for Proposals as necessary Provide detailed information on client open job requirements Provide guidance on sourcing techniques within applicable labor market and potential for identification of qualified candidates Verify education, background and experience Develop profile synopsis Conduct reference checks Submit qualified candidates for client review Coordinate interviews with clients and consultants Follow-up and close with the client following the interview process Sell and close candidates on open job orders Confirm state dates and pay rates with both clients and consultants Coordinate first day orientation or other client needs Closely monitor consultant performance and client satisfaction with ongoing work Coordinate progress checks on current consultants Assist in problem resolution of timesheets, expense reporting and contract documents
