Back Office Officer – Limassol
The Role:
As a Back Office Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and executing client funding requests, accessing and processing a big number of transactions on a daily basis. If you are self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail and seek to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment, we would like you to join our team.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Process deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures.
- Assist all internal departments with any issues related to client funds.
- Maintains awareness and makes the most out of the existing systems and software.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
Main requirements:
- Degree in finance, economics or business will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Efficient and detail oriented.
- Very good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on shift rotation is a must.
