As a Data Scientist, you will focus on improving and deepening the level ofunderstanding of our reader behavior. Your goal will be to extract meaning from thedata and advise our editorial and development teams on your findings. You look totell a story based on your findings to assist in developing the product road map tocustomize our content to better suit our reader. This position will bring analytical rigorand statistical methods to the challenges of measuring and understanding thebehavior of the 40 million+ women that shop and consume content at POPSUGARevery month.

As a Data Scientist, you will:

• Research, develop, and apply methods for measuring and analyzing theperformance of the POPSUGAR media site and targeted email products.

• Develop new algorithms and methods for optimizing content performance, revenue,and adoption.

• Research new ways for modeling and predicting reader behavior.

• Lead investigations streams of content usage and A/B testing. Advise productteam on new features and modules based on findings.

• Design experiments and models to answer targeted questions.
