What you’ll be working on

This role is for an Experienced CRM Systems Professional who will improve implementation and utilization of https://www.affinity.co CRM platform within our client’s small venture capital firm.

This person will assess the current implementation, understand the business goals for 2023 and develop a roadmap to implement the improvements. They expect the implementation will involve training of team members and establishing processes.

This is a business operations role, not a technical role. The professional will have access to their engineering team for any support, however, most of the implementation work is expected to be done via the business owner toolsets the platform provides.

This is an initial 4 week project which will likely expand into ongoing support and/or other marketing automation projects.
